Quite simply we aim to provide the best quality Claims Management service available.

That may sound conceited. However, surely it is not a bad premise from which to operate. Our staff are all experienced, qualified loss adjusters who have worked for other loss adjusters over many years.

This has enabled us to “keep the best” and dispose of the rest of the various ideas which we have seen during our careers. We have taken the best available from the entire market, coupled it with the latest technology and also a will to succeed and we believe that we have produced a very powerful product.

Property Claims Management Team

Provided on nationwide basis from a number of regional centres. We have developed a strong reputation in the fields of commercial and high value personal claims handling. We also have extensive experience in the leisure, sport entertainment and club markets.

We are pleased to advise that our service is available on a United Kingdom wide basis. Recent additions to the team ensure that the services are now available in Eire and Northern Ireland as well.

Liability Claims Management Team

Has the expertise to handle all classes of liability business including employers liability, public liability, products liability, professional indemnity and contractors risks. The liability field force is supplemented by a dedicated Head Office team providing the legal backup and quality control essential in this line of business.

Subsidence Claims Management Team

Controlled by engineers who have considerable experience in the industry and who are available to bring a maturity coupled with strong technical skills and an understanding of the policyholders concerns to the handling of claims. Swift investigation of claims including the attendance of site investigation crews on the first visit enables us to calm policyholders fears and provide accurate information to insurers at the earliest possible time.

Across all divisions

With all classes of business our intention is to visit the affected premises at the earliest possible time, undertake a detailed and thorough investigation and submit appropriate reports to insurers and correspondence to clients as swiftly as possible.

Throughout the handling of the claim we aim to keep the policyholder and the Insurers fully informed of developments and support them in any way possible. We operate a monthly review system on all files.

 

The adjusting teams are supported by accountants, solicitors and other specialist disciplines where necessary.

Our reports are produced incorporating digital photographs and can be emailed to insurers to supplement our intention to provide a swift service.
