Our experienced team provide an engineer led service from the initial site investigation through to completion of appropriate building repairs.

Our subsidence team provides a service that we consider unique in the market place.We have spent many years refining our product and now offer a fully integrated investigation, mitigation and rectification service which deals with all aspects of subsidence claims. This includes site investigation, engineering advice, insurance loss adjusting, specification of works, tendering and pricing, supervision of repairs and recovery and contribution aspects.

Our approach to subsidence claims has been shown to significantly reduce the lifecycle of a claim, which is clearly an advantage to Insurers and Policyholders alike. The initial extensive site visit achieves what many of our competitors take several visits to complete. Our case handling is pro-active and decisive and this keeps the average cost per claim one of the lowest available.
