Administration Team

We currently have vacancies in our administration team. We operate a mixed and flexible system. The successful members of staff will be fast, accurate audio typists who will be able to assist us in producing high quality reports for our clients. However they will also be involved in other aspects of the business such as telephone answering, appointment making and many of the other skills required in a modern office.

The positions are based in Head Office in Eastleigh and applications should be to the Office Manager in the first instance.

We also operate a system which enables us to outsource some of our typing workload. If you are equipped to receive digital dictation, believe that you can produce fast and efficient copy and return it by email the following day we will be pleased to hear from you in order that we can discuss the possibilities further.
