Our Liability Claims Management product is provided by a team of experienced and qualified liability claims adjusters operating across the United Kingdom.

Our network of experienced handlers coupled with modern digital dictation, digital photography and broadband communications enables us to ensure that the appropriate staff respond to claims throughout the UK whilst maintaining close links with our Head office.

The regional adjusters are able to attend losses swiftly and having compiled their reports these are issued centrally through the Head Office in Hampshire in order that quality and consistency of product is maintained.

Regular seminars are held to ensure that the latest developments in legal thinking are always available to all adjusters.

The team have expertise in all classes of liability claims including but not restricted to Employers Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Construction and Products Liability. We also provide statement taking and Locus enquiry services.

By combining the strengths of the liability team with the specialist knowledge of the subsidence team we have also built a formidable reputation in connection with tree liability claims.
