Graham is an experienced Chartered Engineer and Chartered Loss Adjuster who has dealt with all classes of losses. Well known for his attention to detail and high quality work, Graham controls the operation of the company.
John B Hall - BSc Hons FRICS FCILA ACII FBEng - Operations Director and Subsidence Division Manager

John is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Loss Adjuster who has spent considerable time working for major International Loss Adjusting practices both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Lawrence Baily - ACII FCILA FBEng AMInstLM - Technical Director

Lawrence Baily is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with 25 years experience and is primarily responsible for the Property Division. Lawrence is keen to enhance and develop the technical excellence of GHG. He has extensive experience in the property, liability and subsidence fields.
Ruth Delacour - General Manager

Ruth is responsible for the GHG Administration team and is the account services manager for several of our largest clients. Ruth is also an additional liability backup to the Head Office team ensuring control of quality and the consistency of reports. Ruth’s experience of the liability market also allows referral point on more complex cases.
Mark J Simms - ACII - Liability Division Manager

Mark Simms controls the Liability Team from the Head Office in Hampshire. Mark has considerable experience of all classes of liability having previously undertaken a similar role for McLarens.
David Brunt - Senior Liability Adjuster

David has handled and investigated all classes of liability claims for a number of years. He has previously worked for another major loss adjusting practice and also has detailed knowledge of dealing with utility claims.
Peter Whitaker - Senior Liability Adjuster

Peter is an experienced liability adjuster and deals with all classes of liability claims. Primarily based in Southern England, Peter is also supported by the Head Office in Hampshire.
Alan Noyce - Property Claims Handler

Alan has been dealing with insurance claims since 1988. Until December 2006 he was with the Co-operative Insurance Society dealing with Household, small commercial and liability claims throughout Southern England.
Andrew Smith - Property Claims Handler

Andrew joined the Property Division at GHG in September 2007. He is primarily based at our main office in Hampshire but often travels to deal with claims throughout the South East.
Glenda Diaper Fox - Property Claims Handler

Glenda has worked in the insurance industry since 1987, both as an internal claims handler and an external loss adjuster, with experience of handling Household Claims and Commercial Property Claims. Glenda recently joined GHG and she is based at their Head Office in Hampshire.
Helena Evans - Property Claims Handler

Helena started Loss Adjusting in 1991 and has worked for 2 major Loss Adjusting companies dealing with property claims. Helena works from a base near Croydon, Surrey.
Karen Hitchen - Property Claims Handler

Karen has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She covers the North of England, where she deals primarily with property claims. Karen previously gained experience with the larger Loss Adjusting companies.
Keith Richardson - Property Claims Handler

Keith has been dealing with Insurance claims since 1986. He previously worked with the Co-operative Insurance Society in Southampton handling Household and Liability claims in the South of England. Keith joined GHG Ltd in March 2008 and is based at our Head Office in Hampshire.

A senior qualified loss adjuster having many years experience in all classes of loss handling and working form a base near Gatwick.
Mike Cutler - ACII FCILA FUEDI ELAE MIRM FIFAA - Senior Adjuster

Mike is a Chartered Loss Adjuster based in the South West and has more than 30 years experience of dealing with all types of losses specialising in property claims. Mike was previously a Commercial Manager for an international loss adjusting company.
Richard B George - ACII FCILA - Property and Special Projects Consultant

Richard George is another senior member of GHG who has spent over 25 years in the Loss Adjusting profession. Richard served as a Senior Loss Adjuster, Branch Manager and Director for one of the major International Loss Adjusting practices.
Andrew Gamble - Subsidence and Monitoring Technician

Andrew has many years experience in monitoring subsidence movement. His career development makes him the ideal person to support policyholders and engineers in the preparation of specifications and undertaking subsidence monitoring.

Brian is an experienced Chartered Civil Engineer who is primarily involved in the consideration of subsidence insurance claims. Brian has spent many years in mainstream civil engineering.

Craig has over 10 years experience within the Civil Engineering industry and experience in Building Insurance Claims. He holds an honours degree in Building Surveying.
Fred Hill - Subsidence Specialist

Fred entered Loss Adjusting in 1990 after several years working as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction Industry. He therefore brings to us a great deal of knowledge and experience in all aspects of our Claims Handling Services.

Malcolm has over 30 years experience in the contracting industry specialising in subsidence works.

Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 25 years experience of domestic building subsidence in Southern England and joined us in 2007. He primarily deals with claims in and around South East London.

Natasha Wildsmith - PA to Directors

Natasha has been working as PA to the GHG Directors since 2001. Natasha also handles the day to day running of the IT hardware and resolves any other issues that arise within the offices. Natasha is the first point of contact for all general enquiries from Clients, General Public and other Agencies and will deal with such matters or ensure that an appropriate response is issued by GHG personnel.
