   John is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Loss Adjuster who has spent considerable time working for major International Loss Adjusting practices both in the United Kingdom and overseas.

   Mark Simms controls the Liability Team from the Head Office in Hampshire. Mark has considerable experience of all classes of liability having previously undertaken a similar role for McLarens.

   Ruth is Head of the Property team and is the account services manager for several of GHG's largest clients. Ruth's liability claims experience also enables her to back up the Head Office Liability team ensuring the quality and consistency of reports.

They are responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and are the first port of call for policyholder, client and other party enquiries over the telephone. The administration team pride themselves on ensuring GHG continue to provide a quality product and a friendly but professional approach to customer service. The administration team also oversee management of new instructions, Technical Team files and the arrangement of appointments.
