COVID-19 UPDATE: All of our team are now working from home, in line with Government guidelines, and are well equipped to operate as normal. Other than our ability to carry out site visits, it is very much business as usual. However, during these uncertain times, our Adjusters and Engineers will continue to undertake on-site visits for emergencies and major losses only. Until the Government guidelines and travel restrictions begin to ease, we are handling all other claims by using a variety of solutions and tools available to us, including video conferencing and ‘virtual visits’ using video technology.
